Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and penetrate new markets globally.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting appropriate remote sensing solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences, providing valuable insights for product development and sales strategies.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, product demonstrations, and technical presentations to clients, addressing their specific requirements and showcasing the benefits of remote sensing solutions.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
- Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, maintain accurate sales records, and generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to align sales efforts, improve customer experience, and contribute to overall business growth.
- Industry Events and Networking: Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote remote sensing solutions, establish industry connections, and generate leads.

Qualifications:

- Education: Master degree in Geospatial Sciences, Earth Sciences, Geography, Environmental Science, or a related field. A higher degree or additional certifications in sales or business management is a plus.
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 9 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the geospatial industry or related sectors. Experience in selling remote sensing products/services is highly desirable.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the global remote sensing market, including key industries such as agriculture, forestry, environmental monitoring, urban planning, defense, and disaster management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and closing deals. Strong negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills are essential.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client needs, propose customized solutions, and address technical queries effectively.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and remotely, managing your time and prioritizing tasks effectively to meet sales objectives.
- Travel: Willingness to travel internationally as required for client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities (approximately 50 - 60% travel may be expected).
