**How you can make your mark**:
You can make your mark as a Technical Purchasing Executive by being part of the procurement team in Singapore. You will be responsible for the responsible for sourcing of suppliers, procurement of equipment, spares, consumables and services in a timely manner at the best possible terms for the company in support of the company’s fleet of vessels and projects and also managing the relationship with suppliers and our internal clients.

**Your responsibilities as a purchaser**
- Process requisitions and Ordering of Equipment, spares, stores and services for Vessels and/or Projects in a timely manner while monitoring quality and prices.
- Monitor and expedite delivery of ordered goods to designated delivery locations.
- Contribute to sourcing and selection of suppliers and subcontractors with focus on prices, quality and risk and also manage the relationship.
- Assist in logistic activities of goods to designated locations.
- Contribute to evaluation of suppliers’ performance regularly.
- Check and review invoices related to the orders.
- Contribute to continuous review and improvement of procurement procedures and policies.
- Assist to support and maintain a good relationship with internal clients.

**Your qualities and experience**
- Relevant Degree, Diploma or Certificates in Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
- Gained 3 - 5 years of procurement experience in Marine Offshore or Dredging Industry.
- Good knowledge of procurement and logistics processes.
- Must be able to work independently or as a team player in a dynamic MNC environment.
- Good command of English and able to communicate well with different levels of management.
