**Global Learning Designer**

**If you are keen to build your skills in the learning domain and add value to your clients, this is the role for you. We operate in a fast pace and dynamic business environment in the consulting space with regional presence in China.**

**Major Duties & Responsibilities**

The role will assist in building virtual learning content for the company’s learning and e-commerce platform. It will also:

- Support the requirements gathering, design, testing and implementationof digitised courseware working in elements of instructional design
- Work with Clients to understand and gather user’s business requirements.
- Design and develop virtual learning packages/ simulations, creating storyboards which will be delivered via a web based virtual learning platform on the internet, based on the requirements utilizing various delivery modes to enhance audience engagement and learning outcomes.
- Using digital mediums like web, video and animation to produce engaging and memorable learning experiences to support Client and company projects
- Work with the Subject Matter Experts/ Consultants to implement electronic or virtual learning modules taking into account User Experience Design elements for the product.
- Ensure the required quality standards in courseware is delivered to customers.
- Work with the Learning Technology Specialist on how to enable the content/surveys/customised simulations on learn1thing.
- Work with Clients on the set up and implementation of the learning modules, surveys or assessments
- Deliver the reports from the assessments and surveys required to the Client
- To be involved in designing of marketing collateral when assigned.
- A degree in any discipline. Relevant education and certifications in Design, Web, Digital Animation, Instructional Design or a similar discipline will be an advantage
- The ability to think about digital learning strategies and execute them on the ground
- Good knowledge and skill in computer and internet technology in a Windows environment.
- Able to perform text, audio, animation and video editing work.
- Preferably has experience using Moodle, Articulate 360
- Preferably has some basic knowledge and concepts of User Experience Design.
- Initiative, resourcefulness, as well as good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Good Writing and Analytical Skills
- Storyboarding Skills
