About This Role
We are seeking a seasoned learning expert to join our team as a Global Learning and Development Consultant. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in learning design, experience, and instructional design to scale our global learning offerings and LMS content. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-impact learning experiences through workshops and self-paced modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project manage learning and development initiatives aligned with the organization's strategy and plan.
  • Design learning experiences and content for bespoke capability development and learning programs across various business lines and functions.
  • Develop effective relationships with internal stakeholders and colleagues to drive the success of the function and the business.
  • Deliver dynamic, coaching-oriented workshops worldwide, adapting facilitation style to audience segments and local contexts.
  • Analyze evaluation tools and drive iterative enhancements to maximize learner impact.


Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A related tertiary qualification.
  • Cert IV in Training and Workplace Assessment or equivalent experience is highly beneficial.
  • No less than 8 years' experience in a learning and organizational development consultant role, focusing on instructional design and facilitation ideally on a global scale.
  • A functional working knowledge of organizational learning and development trends and initiatives that contribute to a meaningful employee experience.
  • An intermediate knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.
