**Job Overview**:
Lionsbot is seeking a Head of Manufacturing to join their team. This person will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing operations at the Krangi factory. They will manage a team of 50 people across departments such as supply chain, purchasing, warehouse, production, quality control, and production engineering. The Head of Manufacturing will also be responsible for ensuring ISO and health and safety standards are met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Actively produce hardware products (may not be in SG)
- Develop and maintain a high-quality manufacturing process
- Ensure that the QC process is in place and adhered to
- Use technology to automate processes where possible
- Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and ideas
- Gain the respect of the factory and create a positive work environment

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles
- Experience in actively producing hardware products (may not be in SG)
- Understanding of ISO standards 14001, 9001, 45000 (OSHAS)
- Experience in manufacturing and the manufacturing value chain
- Creative thinker with ideas on how to improve manufacturing processes
- Comfortable with using technology to automate processes
- Proven track record of creating high-quality manufacturing processes
- Process-driven individual
- Strong communication and leadership skills
