**Head of Manufacturing Operations for Factorem.co, Singapore (Full-Time)**

As the Head of Manufacturing Operations, you are joining a company of like-minded, fun and creative individuals growing and transforming a traditional space. You are carefully selected as the management team deems you to be an independent go-getter with a passion for engineering to join the management team. At Factorem, we are out to transform the traditional world of manufacturing in Southeast Asia with technology and you will be playing a critical role in executing our vision of making manufacturing more agile and accessible than before. You will be given opportunities to build and lead teams, have a high level of influence and autonomy, as well as executing new projects that accelerate Factorem’s growth. Given that we are a lean team, you can expect to interact with other domains (Sales &
Marketing, R&D, Business Development etc). You can also expect to deeply engage with internal/ external stakeholders in mobilizing change and drive success in a fast-paced startup environment.

Factorem is based in Singapore and backed by Enterprise Singapore, NUS Enterprise & Iterative.vc.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, deliver, optimize and oversee the manufacturing operation process flows.
- Provide manufacturability feedback and oversee delivery of quotations for order enquiries.
- Attend to and be responsible for all client accounts at the Company.
- Set up and build Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) processes for the Company.
- Contribute and advance Company’s R&D activities according to the market demands.
- Design and maintain Company’s Knowledge Database.

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of various mechanical manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in DFM analysis, QA/QC and supplier management
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience & strong foundation in mechanical engineering
- Self-starter, able to communicate ideas clearly and effectively

**Salary**: From $5,000.00 per month
