**_Responsibilities _**
- Identify and explore new job placement and business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking events to build business relationships and increase brand awareness.
- To identify potential clients and decision-makers, and reach out to them to establish rapport and set up meetings.

**_Requirements _**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- CEI Certification
- Proven working experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the recruitment industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and foster productive client relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A solid understanding of the Singapore job market and recruitment trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
