[What the role is]

Joint Decontamination Operations Department (JDOD) develops capability as well as coordinates and jointly manages the decontamination operations for Chemical, Biological and Radiological (CBR) incidents with other departments and agencies.

[What you will be working on]

You will be part of a team responsible for the following:

- Develop the operational concept and masterplans for mitigation measures of the environmental incident
- Develop the operational requirement to support NEA detection, mitigation and response capabilities
- Establish a capability development roadmap for NEA’s response capabilities, supported by with life-cycle management planning.
- Establish and consolidate operational plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), doctrines, and training requirements
- Develop measurement of effectiveness and performances to ensure readiness
- Monitor tech developments/new technologies in decontamination; build relationships with possible tech partners and experts
- Manage capability development projects and scope projects/initiatives to support JOD’s capabilities
- You will be working with other government agencies and NEA Division/Dept that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time
