**Talent Acquisition Advisor (1 year contract)**

Temporary Full Time

Location: Singapore

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and is keen to have a seat at the table to help drive peak performance in a growing, people business. We offer an excellent collaborative working environment and are ready to invest in the right talent. Also, we have a very flexible, hybrid working policy. This is a contract position, with potential to convert to a full time position.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Coordinating recruitment activities including posting job advertisements.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Scheduling interviews and conducting 1st round HR interviews as appropriate.
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Managing pipelines and reporting on metrics related.
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Helping coordinate the global internship program.

**Qualifications, Skills & Attributes**
- Proficiency in Greenhouse (ATS) is a must.
- A bachelor's degree or diploma in business, human resources, or related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years in an agency environment or start-up recruitment setting. Great for agency recruiters aiming to transition inhouse.
- Advantageous to have maritime, commodities and/or tech recruitment background, though not a must.
- The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
- Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
- The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
