Do you want to be a part of a fun and innovative team while having impact in a global organization? This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about Talent Acquisition strategies, project management, campus recruitment and working on critical roles within the organization. You will be managing full cycle recruitment for: Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore, Korea and India.
The Regional Talent Acquisition Advisor is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment leader who wants to work in a fast-paced, high growth company. We are a global team of almost twenty-five Talent Acquisition (TA) professionals spanning across the globe from the United States, Japan, Korea, India, China, Singapore, UAE, Australia, Germany, Greece and the UK. We are looking for a senior leader on our team to manage the hiring plan for critical hires across APAC offices.
This position can be based in any of the following locations: India, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea or Singapore. This person needs to work local standard hours.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
- Lead the recruitment strategy for APAC roles
- Partner with key hiring managers and stakeholders to attract, source and hire top talent across APAC
- Execute creative recruitment strategies and manage full cycle recruitment for Client Service, Corporate and other operational roles
- Advise Global Talent Acquisition Leadership team on talent market insights, competitor landscape and TA best practices in APAC
- Build and promote university relationships and hire for internships and full time entry level positions with the intention of branding Guidepoint as an employer of choice across APAC
- Collaborate with HR Managers on salary proposals, benefits, office culture and potential offers
- Ensure data accuracy and comply with our TA metrics scorecard in order to report to business teams
- Represent Guidepoint with integrity and professionalism by speaking authentically about our mission
**WHAT YOU HAVE**:
- Due to the requirements of the role, we are keen to find someone immediately available
- Minimum of 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience
- Exposure to high volume hiring
- Experience hiring in Korea and Japan is preferred
- Developed experience in influencing
- Comfortable in working with a high degree of ambiguity
- Previously worked in a fast paced and growing environment
- Proven excellence in project management
- Results focused, continually seeking to exceed expectations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professionally fluent in English is necessary
