**Job type: Full time**:

- Ensure that the latest SOPs provided are followed in the outlet
- Maintains a high standards of food production
- Responsible for hygiene and sanitation of respective outlet
- Responsible for administrative handling of respective outlet
- Checks food preparation, quality and quantity
- Informs area chefs about complaints, improvements to be made
- Filling out attendance record, preparing work schedule and vacation planning for kitchen chefs
- Managing ERP related tasks and responsibilities as required in the role
- Responsible for staff evaluation, succession and training plan
- Responsible for staff grooming and hygiene
- Understand the job responsibilities of coworkers
- Able to train and push the learning curve for coworkers to grow professionally
- Approve and “polish” dishes before they reach the customers
- Plan orders / maintenance of equipment accordingly
- Ensure all operational activities adhere to relevant legislations, health and safety regulations and licensing conditions
- Checks spoilage and return of usable items
- Control food requisitions (ordering, receiving and quality checks on products)
- Oversees the overall operational activities of the kitchen
- Ensure constant communication with Area Manager
- Responsible for updating area chefs on outlet performance and plans
- Carry out any other culinary duties as per Area Chef and above.

**Job Requirements**:

- Prior management experience in the Food & Beverage industry
- Motivational, leadership and management skills is a must
- Creative in food preparation, presentation
- Customer focused
- Knows local market trends
- Able to communicate well with all levels of society
- Able to set up measurement controls related to quality, preparation and presentation for consistent delivery
- Openness to explore all techniques and ingredients
