THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re MiQ, a programmatic media partner for marketers and agencies. We connect data from multiple sources to do interesting, exciting, business-problem-solving things for our clients. We’re experts in data science, analytics and programmatic trading, and we’re always ready to react and solve challenges quickly, to make sure our clients are always spending their media investments on the right things in the right places.
JOB RESPONSIBILITITES
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Campaign Execution
- End to end campaign ownership & execution
- Exceptional campaign performance - deliver client success across a diverse portfolio of accounts and across a variety of campaign KPI’s
- Use insights to build client rapport and support the growth of local/regional opportunities
- Campaign performance monitoring
- Buying / bidding across multiple DSPs and platforms
- Consistent daily analysis and optimisation
- Leverage internal campaign management and business intelligence tools
- Custom campaign planning, management and reporting
- Portfolio Management
- Internal and external client reporting
- Effectively balance time spent on KPI optimisation, client reporting, portfolio growth & profitability with time spent on learning & development
- Use data, analysis, and trading expertise to deliver optimal campaign pacing and maintain & improve performance
- Stays abreast of industry trends, risks for clients
- Grow client business via surpassing KPIs, delivering insights and building relationships
- Internal Collaboration
- Work with MiQ global central departments to aid in any of the following:
- Ad operations
- Pre-campaign Analysis
- Post-campaign insight reporting
- Troubleshooting
- Communication
- Show confidence and lead in content creation and delivery for external meetings
- Proactively arrange external meetings to amplify performance and insight message, and grow client relationship
- Innovation
- Regularly use campaigns to test and implement innovative ideas
- Makes strong relationships with Product and Analysis teams to action beta launches to campaign strategy and insight
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1-year previous industry experience in a Trader role (or similar)
- Ability to work with large datasets in Excel files and BI internal tools
- A working knowledge of statistical models & concepts
- Good working knowledge of campaign optimisation in DV360, Xandr, TTD
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills are essential
