The VP Technology Officer assists Group Digital Office to provide leadership, direction and guidance in developing and implementing technology & digital transformation plans that will support and advance the Group’s business strategies and objectives. As part of the Corporate Development Group, the VP Technology Officer will work in alignment with Group’s directions and with business stakeholders to develop strategic partnerships and drive growth through the adoption of digital technologies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand digital trends and technologies and identify appropriate strategies to leverage the potential opportunities
- Assist Group Digital Office to steer the technology & digital transformation agenda
- Support technology & digital transformation and innovation across the enterprise, developing and leading the technology & digital roadmaps that achieve business transformation goals
- Develop a data-driven organisation with a clear strategy, culture and recognition of the data as a critical corporate asset - Design, develop and implement digital strategies across the organisation
- Develop and manage the Group’s technology & digital project dashboard

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree with minimum 8 years of relevant working experiences preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to meet business goals.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proactive and able to execute independently
- Able to demonstrate strong technical aptitude and understanding of how technologies impact delivery
- Detail oriented, well-organized and self-motivated, comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
