Your Responsibilities
Front Desk

*
To attend to all visitors at the front desk in a professional manner.
- To answer, screen and forward all incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- To receive and sort daily mails and parcels in an efficient and timely manner.
- To ensure that the reception area, meeting rooms and pantry area are well-organised and presentable.
- To ensure all corporate materials and office supplies are tracked, well-stocked and replenished in a timely manner.
- To update staff listings, book meeting rooms, schedule meetings, etc.
- To perform other clerical receptionist duties i.e. filing, photocopying, etc.
- To work closely with Pantry Aunties to ensure that Pantry is well
- organized and well-kept.
- To ensure all pantry essentials are well-stocked and replenished in a timely manner

**Human Resources - Training Admin**
- To keep track of CPD hours for all RNF representatives in an accurate and timely manner.
- To keep maintain training records for all employees in an accurate and timely manner.
- To assist HR in the coordination of in-house training i.e. setting up the meeting rooms and coordination of meals/drinks for employees.
- To support HR in organising events for employees.

**Ad-Hoc Tasks**
- To support Finance Department in allocating the cost for invoices to the respective cost centres.
- To support Front office in the arranging of couriers for mails, parcels and festive hampers.

Your Profile
- Proven receptionist experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Ability to multitask and manage time wisely
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Previous success in administrative role
- Experience refining and developing processes
