To lead the company’s business and commercial growth of the public listed Company and be responsible for the assigned regional sales performance. This position will develop new clients via both direct and channel sales, and manage them along with existing clients, and grow the business exponentially from there. Traveling to the assigned SE Asia territory for sales activities is required.
The role is to achieve commercial excellence of the Company in the assigned region, and the job holder’s duties include (but not limited to) the following:
▪ Lead the channel sales partners (distributors and agents) to follow our product recommendations and strategy to achieve the required commercial targets.
▪ Develop direct customers to achieve higher revenue and profitability for the Company.
▪ Collaborate with the management team and departmental leaders and identify business opportunities and markets for expansion; implement marketing, sales and technology plans to grow revenues.
▪ Develop, align and ensure the effective implementation of sales strategy and delivers the required results to meet the annual sales target.
▪ Fostering a collaboration behavior across the Company, work closely with the team to grow the company, strengthen it and ensure sustainability through good teamwork.
▪ Keep a close eye on market trends and demands to ensure that the Company stays ahead of competition, locally and globally.
**Position Qualifications**
▪ A degree in Chemical or Engineering or relevant field and/or post-graduation in management.
▪ Highly resourceful person with past experience in being responsible for driving the P&L of the chemical/material multinational companies.
▪ A confident and determined professional with exceptional leadership and distributor management skills, entrepreneurial mind-set and a willingness to lead the reform and expand of the company.
▪ Proven experience (at least 5 years) in establishing and managing a highly effective direct and channel sales.

**Salary**: $8,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month
