Our central kitchen, located at Tampines, supports the mise-en-place and supply of perishable and non-perishable inventory for all restaurants and concepts across the Ebb & Flow Group.

The Sous Chef will oversee the daily operations of the butchery section, ensuring all meat and seafood products are stored and prepared based on demands of our guests. Some prized proteins that we work with include Tochigi, Iwate and Wilmot grass-fed beef cuts, Iberico pork, Bluefin Tuna, King Salmon and more.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and portion meat and seafood cuts based on kitchen production needs and demands
- Accurately weigh and assist in the packaging of meat products for further processing and distribution
- Ensure all products are labeled, dated and stored in accordance to SOPs
- Strictly follow all food safety regulations and cleanliness standards, including proper storage conditions and temperature control
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, updating ordering records and make informed purchases as required to meet demands

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as in butchery or meat preparation, overseeing large-volume production
- Good knowledge of various meat cuts (beef, pork, poultry) and appropriate preparation methods
- Efficient use kitchen equipment such as knifes, saws and grinders
- A valid Food Hygiene Certificate (mínimally Level 1)
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Excellent attitude towards learning

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,300.00 - $3,800.00 per month
