In operation for more than 20 years; We are a logistics, Import/Export firm based in Singapore, China and Hong Kong. We are looking for An import / Export Manager with experience and knowledge in this filed to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be tasked to support the director and our team.

**Start date: Immediate**

Communication in English and Chinese MUST (Written and Spoken), Spanish is a Bonus

5 days work week, Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
(Saturday / Sunday and Public Holidays as per standard)

2 minutes walk from the MRT (Farrer Park MRT, come out City Square mall exit, and cross the road)

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month

**Job Scope**:
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with factories via QQ/Wechat and other such communication tools
- Organize files properly via company NAS drive
- Prepare Quotation sheets for clients using Excel as well as ERP (On job training provided)
- Prepare Sales Order, Proforma Invoices, Purchase orders and so forth using EXCEL as well as ERP.
- Prepare shipping documents: Booking orders, Quotations Invoice, packing list, delivery orders, Purchase orders, Profit Table and other such reports to relevant parties
- Check Factory contracts, loading plans, client instructions etc..
- Perform all office duties including general administration
- Data entry into company ERP system
- Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of products to local and oversea customers

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of Experience in import and export documentation and shipping practices
- Positive working attitude with good initiatives willing to learn on the go
- Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Able to learn fast and work independently
- Responsible and reliable, loyal and hardworking

**工作范围：**

职责
- 客户服务关系 - 通过电子邮件与客户协调
- 通过 Slack、微信、QQ、电子邮件、Whatsapp 与中国团队和香港团队协调
- 通过QQ/微信等沟通工具与工厂协调
- 通过公司 NAS 驱动器正确组织文件
- 使用 Excel 和 ERP 为客户准备报价单（提供在职培训）
- 使用 EXCEL 和 ERP 准备销售订单、形式发票、采购订单等。
- 准备装运单据：订舱单、报价单、装箱单、交货单、采购单、利润表等向相关方提供的报告
- 检查工厂合同、装载计划、客户说明等。
- 履行所有办公室职责，包括一般管理
- 数据录入公司ERP系统
- 与货运代理协调，确保将产品及时交付给本地和海外客户

**要求**
- 至少 1-2 年进出口文件和运输实践经验
- 积极的工作态度和良好的主动性愿意在旅途中学习
- 良好的英语和普通话沟通能力
- 能够快速学习并独立工作
- 负责、可靠、忠诚、勤奋
