- Other- Support the team to work with AIC Divisions to transform the way we serve the seniors, partner the Community Care providers, collaborate with one another in AIC and drive operational efficiency.
- Support the team to collaborate with divisions to build digital capabilities to improve productivity and service delivery; streamline processes for efficiency; and improve operating/ service models.
- Support the team to collaborate with HR team to prepare employees for the future workforce through upskilling in emerging competencies and job re-designing; and strengthening future-oriented behaviour in core and leadership competencies through AIC Skills Future.
- Support the team to collaborate with IT to enable productivity and collaboration tools in AIC.
- Support the administration of funds that catalyse transformation projects in the organisation and ensure strong governance.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of experience
- Relevant experience in organisation transformation, process improvement and digitalisation work such as Prosci Change Management, Design Thinking, System Thinking, Behavioural Insight, Lean Management, Six Sigma, Scrum, etc.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Possess analytical thinking skills, resourceful in problem solving, able to translate ideas into concrete action plans and see through the entire implementation cycle.
- Highly self-motivated and resilient who can embrace the challenges in handling ambiguity and dynamic changes and work in a fast-paced environment.
