Product Manager

Integrated General Hospital (IGH) programme is one of MOHT’s core programmes, with a focus on redesigning hospital care delivery and the reduction of fragmentation in care transitions (starting with acute-to-community). As such, IGH is structured into three functional arms with shared projects - evidence generation, digital enablement, practice consulting - supported by a planning unit.

As a member of the digital enablement team (also known as the iConnect team), the Product Manager will drive and deliver products within the team’s portfolio. This will require a deep partnership with multiple stakeholders (i.e. users, cross-functional teams and external vendors), as well as the management of the direction and tempo of the product delivery. Internally, the Product Manager will collaborate across IGH’s functional arms to identify, understand and assess potential opportunities for extension or scaling.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage product direction and execution
- Support and manage engagement with key stakeholders to anticipate business needs, resolve escalations and drive product growth. These stakeholders can include: MOH policy officers, frontline clinicians, frontline ops team, product development team, site IT team, IHiS IT officers, GovTech IT officers
- Facilitate and drive user sessions, with the intent to glean insights related to processes and constraints on the ground, and translate user needs to business or technical requirements
- Scope and prioritize features to maximize value of product to key stakeholders, taking into consideration user research, feedback, and the overall product strategy
- Launch new features (or products, where relevant), evaluate performance with both qualitative and quantitative data, and iterate
- Create communication materials for users (e.g. training guide, communications video)
- Manage external vendors to deliver high quality work within stipulated time frames.
- Undertake other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience) in the area of computer science, software engineering, information technology, business, or healthcare related field.
- Experience developing/launching products/technologies, driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions
- At least 3 years of working experience in product management, or a relevant role preferred
- Knowledge and/or experience in health or social care would be an advantage
- Organised and meticulous
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to gain consensus across multiple stakeholders when required
- Strong business acumen, customer-centric, team and results-oriented,
- Strong analytical skills with creative problem-solving skills
- Experience in agile development methodologies preferred
