**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Operations & Customer Service**:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and event coordination for weddings and large parties.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, vendors, and corporate clients.
**2. Staff Management & Training**:
- Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Schedule shifts, monitor performance, and foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions on service standards.
**3. Financial & Inventory Management**:
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
- Manage inventory, supplier orders, and stock levels for food, beverages, and supplies.
**4. Event & Wedding Coordination**:
- Collaborate with clients and Events Team to plan wedding menus, décor, and event timelines.
- Ensure flawless execution of wedding banquets and special events.
- Coordinate with chefs, servers, and vendors to meet client expectations.
**5. Compliance & Safety**:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to food safety standards.
- Handle licenses, permits, and legal requirements as needed
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in restaurant management, preferably in Chinese cuisine or banquet-style service.
- Leadership: Strong team management and conflict-resolution skills.
- Customer Focus: Excellent interpersonal skills for handling high-profile events.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
