This is a **full-time **, onsite, **Science Teacher Assistant **Role in **MOE Primary School **. If you are selected,

You will work closely with HOD/LH-Science and/or Admin Manager in an MOE Primary School (nearest **MRT**:

- Punggol) in the day-to-day activities.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist the School’s Science Department in administrative and general maintenance duties including:

- Manage and maintain proper inventory and conditions of science equipment and materials.
- Housekeeping of the laboratories and preparation rooms.
- Assist teachers in the preparation of materials for the conduct of laboratory and E2K lessons; and assist the Science teachers during laboratory lessons.
- Assist in the creation of manipulatives for use in teaching and learning of science.
- Support teachers in conducting Science activities during recess, when necessary.
- Take charge of the maintenance of the animals such as birds, frogs and stick insects and their enclosures in the school.
- Assist in the watering/care of plants in the Eco, Butterfly, Rooftop and Community In Nature (CIN) Gardens on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

**Job Requirements**:
The Personnel should preferably have the following qualifications and skills:

- **MUST **possess at least a GCE “N” level qualification.
- Proficient in MS Office
- **MUST HAVE **at least 3 years of similar working experience in a school.
- Excellent team-player who is organized and has good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
- Takes initiative in completing assigned tasks and work independently.

**Summary**:
**Working Hours**:

- Mondays to Fridays**:7:30am to 4.15pm, inclusive of 45mins lunch break**
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted

public holidays.

**Contract Period**: From 2 May 2025 to 30 April 2026.
