We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Temenos Transact (T24) to support core banking implementation and transformation initiatives. The role involves bridging business requirements with technical solutions and ensuring smooth delivery across T24 modules.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for T24 implementations.
- Conduct gap analysis and prepare functional specifications aligned with T24 modules (AA, LD, FT, MM, FX).
- Map AS-IS and TO-BE business processes and define functional workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to align solutions.
- Support UAT, test case design, and issue resolution.
- Assist in go-live and post-implementation support.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in core banking projects.
- Strong knowledge of Temenos T24 (AA, Lending, Funds Transfer, Treasury).
- Good understanding of banking operations and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to write BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and test plans.
- Basic SQL and data validation skills.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Exposure to Temenos Infinity or digital banking platforms.
- Experience working in Agile/Waterfall environments.
- Temenos certification is a plus
