**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for purchasing food items and materials for Central Kitchen and various Food Outlets
- Evaluate Suppliers’ quotation and products specifications to ensure that they meet requirements
- Issue purchase orders, coordinate and expedite deliveries
- Resolve product quality and invoicing issues with Suppliers
- Maintain purchasing workflow documentation
- Evaluate Suppliers performance
- Ensuring all purchases comply with the Company’s standard operating procedures and ISO22000 Food Safety Management Systems
- Undertaking any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior

**Job Requirements**
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably from F&B background
- Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers
- Good team player who is also able to work independently and establish / maintain good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Hardworking, meticulous with strong sense of urgency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of ERP systems will be advantageous
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work in JTC Food Hub Senoko
- 5.5-day week (alternate Saturdays)
