**Summary**

Provide operational and general administrative executive support to the Centre’s programmes and ongoing facilities management.

A dynamic and organized Programme Executive to support in administrative tasks and programmes while managing a critical renovation project. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of community outreach programmes and initiatives, while managing the renovation project from inception to completion.

This is an unique opportunity to showcase your leadership skills, stakeholder engagement skills, project management expertise and ability to navigate complex challenges, in a community-based family service center.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**

**A. General Administrative Support**

1. Provide administrative support to team members and their duties and responsibilities - including Inquiry and Referral, food ration and counter duties.

2. Prepare periodic reports to external agencies - MSF, NCSS, Straits Times ( e.g. SPMF reports, staff accreditation, FCF).

5. Procurement/sourcing processing.

**B. Facilities Management**

1. Project manage Centre’s renovation plans

a. Monitor project progress, identifying potential roadblocks and implementing solutions to keep the project on track.

b. Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and quality standards throughout the renovation.

c. Coordinate between multiple vendors and stakeholders.

2. Assist in the maintenance of the Centre's site and facilities to ensure good and safe condition of the environment for clients and staff at all time.

3. Security of the Centre eg Fire Safety, etc.

**C. Programme Operations**

1. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful programme implementation.

2. Oversee programme budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to achieve programme goals efficiently.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, organizations, and stakeholders.

4. Create opportunities for meaningful community involvement and feedback to continually improve programmes.

**D **. **Other Duties**

1. The above duties and responsibilities shall be extended to include all the Centre's existing and future affiliated operations.

2. Undertake other duties as assigned by Centre Director.
