Singapore Republic of Singapore Yacht Club Full time

Supervise, train, co-ordinate and participate in the activities of the cleaners and housemen in cleaning the public areas.
- Plan and prepare the roster, work schedules, and assignments for thorough cleaning.
- Assigned housemen and cleaners to their duties, inspects regularly to ensure prescribed standards of cleanliness, maintenance and sanitation are well.
- Ensure all areas are being kept cleaned and of required by using a checklist on a daily basis.
- Control stock of cleaning materials and toiletries.
- Ensure the right chemicals or machines are being used in the correct way. To schedule once a month to check all housekeeping machinery.
- To follow up any maintenance work need to be carried out.
- Supervise the linen room operations as when and where required.
- Oversee the housekeeping service at the Marina Lodge.
- To perform any other duties as when assigned by supervisor.
**Requirement**:

- Minimum O’ levels or its Equivalent.
- 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Basic IT literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Resourceful, self-motivated, possess a spirit of excellence as well as a team player.
- Decision maker and confident.
- Able to motivate staff, lead and guide a team.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Service-oriented with a good personality.
- Able to work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $3,000.00 per month
