As a **Housekeeping Supervisor**, you will be tasked to:
**Job Summary**
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned by room attendants to ensure quality standards in line with The Westin Brand Standards
- Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms.
- Assign rooms to housekeepers for their daily shifts
- Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities and training
- Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk.
- Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in assignment sheets/workboards.
- Be well versed in housekeeping-related local standard operating procedures
- Be aligned with The Westin brand standards room cleanliness requirements
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications.
- Provide information on hotel facilities to guests
- Provide guidance and training to housekeepers
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Housekeeping Leaders
