Restaurant Manager, your role is to support in the management and execution of the operations, your leadership and passion for guest service will drive outstanding operating results - and ensure your Restaurant is both a preferred dining destination and workplace. You are required to exceeds expectations by meeting and anticipating the wishes and needs of the guests and complies with CÉ LA VI standards & procedures to exceed both guests’ and colleagues’ expectations. You are also to show your support and assist in other CÉ LA VI’s operation as required.

**Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
- Lead and manage the outlet team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed.
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of F&B Colleagues within your outlet.
- Balance between the operational, administrative and Colleague needs.
- Conduct regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
- Maximize revenues by communicating regularly with the Food and Beverage teams to implement agreed upon strategies, practices and promotions.
- Have full knowledge of all Outlet menus.
- Assist in the management of the allocated budget.
- Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
- Assist in the management and organization of inventories. Conduct of inventory spot checks where necessary.
- Oversee & manage a direct team in a busy restaurant whilst delivering impeccable attention to details.
- Conduct mentoring of colleagues to achieve excellence in service for outlet and improve profit margin for the organization.
- Delegation and mitigation of tasks efficiently and fairly among colleagues.
- At least 3 years in a similar role in F&B industry especially in managing an outlet.
- Previous management experience in similar high-end and fast moving environment is essential.
- Problem solver and has passion to think out of the box to achieve desires outcome.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Passionate to serve and willing to take up challenges.
- Communicates efficiently with people from all walks of life.
- Should possess the skill, personality and passion to deliver CÉ LA VI’s unique product and standard of customer service.
- A pro-active and motivational attitude towards management is required.
- Previous experience with Modern Asian cuisine is preferred, but not essential.
- Must have the ability to improve team cohesion between Club and Restaurant

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
