Nityo Infotech is looking for a Deskside Support Engineer with 1-2 years of relevant experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Frontline diagnostic of problem and attend to user at desk to provide solution to reported IT related issues.
- Recommendation on improving performance on the PC & network. Perform onsite tickets resolutions and IMAC request.
- Reinstallation of software system when necessary or for new installation of PC hardware / software / services.
- Maintaining an updated problem and log change for each network at each user site
- Virus-checking service.
- Assist in system administrator and Set-up new user accounts profile and follow group policy and security standard
- Video/audio conference support
- Symantec Endpoint Protection, patch management, scheduling

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years of Deskside Support/IT Support experience
- Good to have: experience in handing Symantec Endpoint Protection cases, patch management and scheduling with minor knowledge in security terminology.
