Roles & Responsibilities

Nityo Infotech Services is looking for a Deskside Support Engineer with 1 to 2 years of experience. This is a permanent role with Nityo.

**Responsibilities**:

- To provide Deskside support duty to end users. The duty are not limited to hardware, software and network connectivity troubleshooting and resolution.
- The duty include providing end to end support to end user including follow-up if cases are escalated to external or higher level support.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 to 2 years of Deskside Support experience
- MS WIN10 Operating System
- Basic customer fronting interaction (softskill)
- Virtual/Remote support

Working location: Bendemeer, office hours
