**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and work with relevant teams to provide best-in-class services to all key retrocession clients across the region with clear retrocession renewal and service engagement plans that spans across the treaty year
- Work with regional and global teams to provide leading market insights to clients
- Work with regional and global teams to coordinate effective inwards business strategies for key retrocession clients across the region

The individual will work in a team environment on a variety of tasks, including taking a lead role in developing practical and effective strategies to support Aon’s existing and prospective clients.

**Requirements**:

- At least 6 years of experience in treaty reinsurance related work at an insurance company, reinsurance company, reinsurance intermediary
- Specific experience and knowledge in Singapore and HK based reinsurance companies and retrocession appetite and strategy
- Specific experience, relationships, and knowledge in major retrocession buyers across South East Asia and Korea
- Passion for risk & capital and strategic advisory
- A detailed understanding of the various reinsurance structures to manage risk and implementation of them within the modelling framework
- Strong interpersonal skills, client management and communication capabilities and the ability to interface with all levels within the corporation and various business units
- Highly numerate
- Ability to travel within the Asia region to facilitate client presentations, seminars and conferences as required.
- High self-motivation and ability to work independently and take initiative
- Ability to work in a collaborative and matrixed environment
