SEA Finance Business Partner Director.

What this job involves

Planning and Strategy
You will develop a solid understanding of the PDS business model and work closely with the regional FP&A team in designing a Finance wide performance management framework. This involves developing KPI dashboards for PDS Executives and Business Leaders containing business metrics and targets and KPIs consistent across the region. You will also be performing key financial analysis. You will evaluate investment opportunities involving re-organization and M&A to align business decisions with JLL’s overall financial objectives, goals and metrics.

Business Partnering
You are expected to provide business insights and recommendations to PDS APAC Finance Lead, the larger Finance team and business partners in support of business KPIs. You will participate actively in FP&A global projects, with increased focus on country and client profitability.You will be involved in ad-hoc projects related to PDS level activities, including compensation and benefits and incentive modelling.

Budget and Forecasts
You will work alongside PDS regional business partners to assist in the preparation of all business forecasts, liaise with regional and global FP&A team ensuring consistency while meeting different regional and global requirements. You will manage ad-hoc FP&A requests and queries from leadership team. You will participate and support the budgeting and planning for PDS transformation projects.

Financial Analysis
You will be accountable for monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports at PDS SEA level and provide business insights to management reports. You are responsible for providing, maintaining and analysing internal and external financial trends including competitors’ analysis. You will also work in close liaison with the Pricing and Sales team for their support in Finance. Overall, you will proactively seek to resolve daily financial and operational issues as well as perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Functional Decision Support
You will provide oversight support to the PDS leaders of HR, IT, Legal, Finance and Sales & Marketing in areas of budgeting & forecasting, strategic direction.

You have strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse range of service providers, client representatives and internal customers providing support and advice where needed. As in-country finance teams and shared services teams provide finance and accounting platforms to support SEA PDS, it is essential you have experience managing relationships across cultures, geographies and functions and can work effectively with stakeholders at differe
