**Our Client**:
Our Client is a leading financial institution with presence in Europe, US and Asia. Currently, they are looking for a **Finance Director (SEA) **. Right now, my client is looking for a Regional Finance Director and this person will be responsible for the group's FP&A, work closely with the international finance team to ensure accurate financial disclosures, forecasting, & budgeting.
- **Financial Reporting Quality Control**:Be responsible for exploring and implementing improvements to ensure top-notch quality in financial statements. Leverage innovative systems, streamline workflows, and provide comprehensive training to maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial reports.
- **Advisory and Decision Support**:Rapidly respond to the financial requirements of our Business Units (BU) by analyzing complex accounting matters and providing astute professional judgments. Collaborate with the international finance team to oversee and manage group-wide accounting issues, demonstrating a holistic approach to financial governance.
- **Information Integration and Analysis**:Drive the establishment and maintenance of effective information-sharing mechanisms between BU finance and the broader Group finance function. Conduct thorough analysis on Business Group financial reports and present findings to senior management. Contribute significantly to the group's Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), working closely with the international finance team to ensure accurate financial disclosures, forecasting, and budgeting, thereby providing robust financial insights for strategic decision-making.
- **Process Optimization and Risk Management**:Spearhead the design and implementation of process improvements across the entire organization, identifying potential risk areas and ensuring effective control measures are in place. Your efforts will result in enhanced operational efficiency while mitigating risks within the financial reporting structure.

**Requirements**:

- Leadership and Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage and lead effectively, possessing an acute business acumen and superior skills in financial statement analysis. Must be adept at identifying key insights from complex data and making strategic recommendations. Professional Competencies: Strong learning ability, excellent communication skills, adapt quickly to dynamic corporate environments and respond effectively to evolving business needs.
