As the **B2B Community Manager **in Singapore, you will be creating engaging offline/online community events around B2B payments that are relevant to SMEs and startups based in Singapore, as well as taking the lead in shaping event strategy of YouBiz to cement its position as the leading SME corporate banking tool. This is a full-time position.

**You will**:

- Research relevant and high-quality conferences and events relevant to B2B payments, which YouBiz can participate or sponsor.
- Strategise event calendar which includes organic events and sponsorships to support lead generation efforts for YouBiz
- Identify spaces in the market to develop content, partnerships and events of various types to increase share of voice for YouBiz in the B2B payment space
- Be the budget gatekeeper of said events planned
- Develop, expand and manage relationships with partners such as investors, business associations and startups to uncover event opportunities
- Responsible for delivery and management of online or offline events from end-to-end, including conceptualisation of talking points, pre-event marketing to post-event analysis
- Create and manage relevant promotional collaterals for events

**You are**:

- **Content and Community Enthusiast **- You are a B2B marketer at heart with at least 2 years experience in a fintech startup or equivalent. You believe marketing is more than just sales and promotions. You enjoy creating content, webinars or offline experiences to create thought leadership among our users community.
- **Entrepreneurial Self-starter **- You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and no job is too little for you. You have failed many times in your career and understand that failure is the fastest way to learn. You are not afraid to suggest and implement new processes and ideas to ensure the maximum chance of success for the business.
- **Confident Networker **- You have good interpersonal and diplomacy skills. You possess the ability to build professional relationships across levels within and outside the organization. A network of relevant business contacts from past experience would be a huge plus point.
- **Excellent Communicator **- You have experience hosting and/or moderating events. You can communicate clearly and structurally via the written word or verbally.
