Singapore GREENCHEM TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD Full time

**Position Summary:
Responsible for overseeing financial operations and managing the account (e.g. expense claims, managing account receivables and payables, account closing); prepared internal and external financial reports ad administer HR benefits.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits programs and worker's compensation plans oversee payroll administration, tax submission, CPF submissions, and employees' leave records
- Process, verify, and maintain personnel-related documentation, grievances, and employee leaves of absence records
- Oversee and manage accounts payables to suppliers and accounts receivable from customers and follow-up for payment process and file payment advice and other invoices, maintain cash/credit purchases.
- Maintain cash for accounts receivable.
- Perform accurate accounting entries in the accounting system in Microsoft NAV (ERP System)
- Prepare financial documents (profit-loss statement, balance sheet) and perform bank reconciliation.
- Liaise with external auditors/tax agents to coordinate financial year-end audit and tax computation

**Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional
- Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
- No work experience is required.
- Preferably with an accounting background.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft NAV, Computer Skill, Microsoft Office Powerpoint.
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Preferably knowledge of MOM regulations and legislations.
- Possess good written and oral communication in English.
- Strong administrative skills; able to multitask.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented.
