Accounts Related:
- Record Keeping: Enter financial data into accounting software, maintain digital and physical financial records, and organize financial documents and files.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor invoices, issue customer invoices, and manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely transactions.
- Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements, account balances , and direct debits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
- Payment Processing: Process payments, including reimbursement forms and payroll processing , and manage petty cash.
- Administrative Support: Perform general office duties such as filing, answering phones, handling mail, and liaising with clients and vendors.
Key Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification, Fresh graduate welcome
Knowledge of quickbooks accounting software will be an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
Detail-oriented mindset, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English and Mandarin as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking associate.
