**Working days & Hours : Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 6pm**:

- **Nature of Business: Maintenance and Application services for audio telecommunication equipment**

**Job Descriptions**:

- Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary
- Answers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise
- Takes sales information and puts it into an easily readable format
- Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product
- Recording of sales data, tracking of renewal accounts and provides any necessary data or reports to the Sales team
- Prepare quotations, provide customer service and administrative support to the Sales team.
- Follow up on orders until completion (Monitor, coordinate, expedite orders to meet delivery commitments)
- Liaise with 3rd party vendors, distributors, partners and product principals for quotations, delivery orders and payments.
- Provide secondary customer service support to clients
- Participate, provide feedback and generate ideas in team discussions
- Maintain good relationship with customer and related department
- Support RFP/RFQ bidding process
- Any other duties assigned to you from time to time
- Minimum Requirement 2-3 years in sales support role.
