Instructional Designer/senior Instructional

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect data and review the effectiveness of the learning experiences to gain insights into students' learning
- Review and recommend enhancements to existing blended learning module, including the instructional design, strategies, and technology for the course
- Work in a team and/or individually to create online learning courseware/packages, including storyboarding, scriptwriting, proofreading, to software testing
- Coordinate multiple projects and maintain project documentation
- Train academic staff in the instructional design of blended learning.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in instructional design, online learning development and technology
- Relevant qualification in related discipline, such as instructional design, educational technology, or similar relevant field preferred
- Skilled in learning design, especially with the use of technology. Experience in the design, development, and implementation of emerging online learning solutions, including gamification, game-based learning, video, micro-learning, simulations, and immersive scenarios requiring multiple branching elements preferred
- Proficient with industry-standard authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline)
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines
- Good project management along with good communication and interpersonal skills.
