Lead Architect to support the cloudification program for the Allianz Technology Asia region.

The Asia Cloud Architect lead cross-functional teams of experts to help our customers design, plan, implement, and govern enterprise cloud strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- This role will report to the Allianz Technology Asia Cloud Lead.
- This role will leverage the knowledge of the internal Allianz Technology and external cloud partners to drive the development of ASIA cloud architecture, cloud solutions, migration approaches, and operational capabilities.
- Participate in the preparation of cloud onboarding solutions and business cases.
- Partner with customer engineers and Allianz Technology teams to validate the accuracy of the proposed technical solutions.

**Key requirements / skills / experience**
- Experience in structured Enterprise Architecture practices, hybrid cloud deployments, and on-premise-to-cloud migration deployments/roadmaps
- Experience in enterprise technology buying and evaluation process
- Experience in building, architecting, designing/implementing highly distributed global cloud-based systems
- Knowledge of technology solutions and ability to learn, understand and work quickly with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space
- Ability to deliver results, work cross-functionally, engage/influence audiences, and identify expansion engagements
- 10+ years of relevant experience from multi-national organizations.
- Strong experience in managing distributed teams, KPI tracking, and reporting alignment within a complex matrix organization would be advantageous.
- 5+ years of experience supporting the sales cycle in a consulting or shared services environment would be advantageous.
- Experience with bid/proposal preparation, exposure to regulatory needs, and the ability to negotiate contracts is a plus.
- Must have strong exposure to AGILE and DevOps tools.
- Goal-oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experienced in managing multi-cultural and geographical dispersed teams through both direct and influence management

- Fluent in English
