**CLOUD ARCHITECT**

Tescom is an IT consulting firm providing a range of professional services in functional testing, automation testing, cyber security testing, performance testing, independent IT auditing, usability testing, resource augmentation, IT support and training.

We are looking to hire a **Cloud Architect**to join us in an exciting project.

**Responsibilities**

1. Audit and evaluate the cloud infrastructure design of a Singapore government project to ensure compliance with Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) policies and guidelines.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to review and analyze the architecture, security, and performance of cloud solutions implemented within the project.

3. Identify gaps in the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure, and provide actionable recommendations for compliance and optimization.

4. Develop detailed audit reports, highlighting findings, risks, and suggested enhancements for cloud infrastructure and operations.

5. Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams on best practices for cloud design, security, and scalability in compliance with government requirements.

6. Participate in discussions with government agencies to address audit findings and propose strategies for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications & Experience**

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Professional cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect are required.

3. At least 5 years of experience in cloud architecture, with a focus on auditing or compliance in government or regulated environments.

4. In-depth understanding of Singapore’s Government Cloud (GCC) policies, guidelines, and regulatory frameworks.

5. Proven expertise in designing, deploying, and auditing cloud solutions on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

6. Strong knowledge of security frameworks, such as ISO 27001, CIS Benchmarks, and NIST, as applicable to cloud environments.

7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and risk assessment.

8. Exceptional communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

9. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders.
