**Primary Responsibilities and Duties (80%)**
- Assists in serving meals to residents
- Assists in oral feeding to residents without swallowing disorders
- Assists in activities of daily living (ADL) of residents
- Assists in ensuring the safety, comfort and well-being of the residents
- Ensures good personal hygiene of the residents under his/her care
- Perform general housekeeping to maintain cleanliness of the nursing home
- Maintains cleanliness and tidiness of resident’s beds and lockers
- Assists in the rehabilitation activities such as motion exercise and walking with residents
- Assists and accompanies resident for appropriate therapy as prescribed, example occupational therapy
- Escalate to nurses any emergency situations
- Carries out any other duties as assigned

**Secondary Responsibilities and duties (20%)**
- Participates in clinical service projects.
- Participates in infection control campaign activities.

**Qualifications**
- For locals - Secondary/Primary education.
- For Foreign Trained - Basic Nurse Aide Certificate (3-6months) from home country.

**Working conditions**
- Ward environment in a Nursing Home

**Physical requirements**
- Physically fit

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,540.00 - $2,470.00 per month
