Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Handle existing Japanese customer
- Provide timely sales support, upselling and proposing alternatives when appropriate.
- Liaise with accounts department to ensure prompt and accurate payment collection
- Communicate with factories in Japan and intermediaries to ensure timely delivery.
- Delivery, installation and training when customer opening new stores

Job Requirements
- Bacheler holder
- Japanese languare ( native level) is required as key person are all Japanese
- Need industry or market experience as thsi is independent team.
- Customer-oriented, pro-active and possess a positive work attitude
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and multi-task
- Arrange delivery from facotry in Japan (Japanese language only)
