**What the role is**
- As an Executive/ Senior Executive, National School Games Office in the Physical, Sports and Outdoor Education Branch under the Student Development Curriculum Division 2, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports schools in the smooth organisation of local inter-schools sports competitions.

**What you will be working on**
- Work closely with the Games Manager on finance, procurement and operational matters for the successful running of National School Games (NSG)
- Liaise with contractors on the purchase of sports equipment and other essential services
- Ensure prompt updates on key competition information such as competition calendar, fixtures and results for the sport-specific pages on the NSG website (nsg.moe.edu.sg)
- Work closely with the Systems Manager to maintain all modules in the National School Games Integrated System (e.g. Registration, Gateway, Colours Award, Venue Sourcing)
- Liaise with contractors and IT personnel to resolve system issues in a timely manner
- Support Organising Committee for Ceremonies and Events (e.g. NSG Opening Ceremony, NSG Closing Ceremony and Colours Award Ceremony)

**What we are looking for**
- A dynamic and innovative individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in working in/ with schools and good knowledge/ understanding of the government finance and procurement processes will be an advantage
- Keen interest in sports
