We're currently seeking a Video Game Growth Executive, a role perfect for gaming enthusiasts keen on translating their passion into driving social media engagement and broadening our global impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the growth and traction of our video games through strategic social media engagement.
  • Manage our social media platforms by crafting engaging content that captures the essence of our games and fosters community connection.
  • Actively engage with key influencers, bloggers, and content creators within the gaming community to enhance our brand's visibility.
  • Collaborate with the development team to understand the unique features of our games, articulating these compellingly on social media.
  • Monitor gaming community trends and adjust our strategy to ensure our content remains relevant and appealing.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to improve social media strategy, regularly reporting on key metrics.
  • Foster online discussions, responding to follower queries to cultivate a positive community atmosphere.
  • Lead and execute promotional events such as game launches or live streams, collaborating with influencers during these events.

Qualifications:

  • Strong creative mindset, capable of crafting engaging and compelling social media content.
  • Passion for and knowledge of the video game industry.
  • Love for playing a broad spectrum of video games.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Basic familiarity with Twitter and Reddit platforms, their trends, and best practices.

Bonus Abilities:

  • Experience in producing engaging social media content.
  • Candidates with a high level of proficiency in both Mandarin and English would be given priority in our consideration for engagement as they will be expected to communicate frequently with a team based in China.
