Digital Data Analytics Specialist

Data analytics specialist with focus on strong understanding towards B2B marketing and related processes (demand generation, contact acquisition, lead nurture, content syndication, b2b content development, etc.).
The role will involve one to work closely with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing and PR, across countries in Asia Pacific and Japan.
**Responsibilities**:
- B2B Analytics: help drive marketing efficiency and enable sharp account intelligence on the back of strong data practices
- Design and prepare B2B analytics dashboards as per requirement from various stakeholders, including development and maintenance (on PowerBI)
- Construct data query to pull data from Eloqua, Enterprise Data Lake
- Ensure proper documentation around process followed for creating dashboards, pulling data, etc.
- ABM (Account Based Marketing) reporting
- Understand objectives of ABM campaigns and suggest relevant measurement framework
- Periodic or need basis ABM reporting - including account level and contact level analysis for specific campaigns
- Nurture campaign reporting
- Data extraction from Eloqua, Data Lake (IAH)
- Data cleansing and consolidation for reporting
- Excel / Powerpoint reports, Power BI dashboards
- Data Discrepancy analysis
- Identify data discrepancies, table recommendations
- Ad-hoc campaign reporting
- Support for campaign reporting requirement that is outside of media agency's scope of work
- Back-up lead for Social Listening and Website Analytics
- Breakdown problem statements into meaningful analytics briefs, develop relevant data solutions /framework, communicate clearly what is possible/ not possible and then work with the team to deliver relevant actionable insights
- May include periodic and ad-hoc requests around market and campaign level intelligence
- Typical Social Listening projects:
- Competition market scan, product level deep-dive, event analysis, campaign impact analysis, segment/ category trends deep-dive, etc
- Typical Website analytics projects:
- Pre-campaign analysis - analyze website behavior on specific product/ segment pages and share insights on how to engage audiences
- Campaign analysis - analyze and measure the impact of campaigns, integrate learnings from other channels such as social listening, b2b analytics, etc
- Ad-hoc analysis
**Qualifications**
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Economics, or other quantitative fields
- 5+ years of marketing analytics experience. 8+ years of experience working in a fast paced sector (preferably tech)
- Strong experience in leveraging various martech platforms:
- Eloqua, PowerBI, social listening tools (such as Talkwalker, Sprinklr, Newswhip), Salesforce, website analytics tools (such as adobe analytics, google analytics, similarweb), advertising campaign analytics (such as adbeat), etc
- Strong understanding of campaign lifecycle and role of data and insights in driving marketing and sales strategy as well as execution and measurement
- Have good understanding of the APAC markets and experience in working with cross-cultural teams
- Knowledge of Demand Generation tactics and lead conversion principles
- Analytically inclined, exceptional organizational skills, with rigorous attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with tight deadlines
- Possess excellent written and stellar presentation skills
- Have a strong sense of curiosity and passion for learning
- Exhibit strong stakeholders' management and communication skills
- Team player with ability to work cross-functionally
