- Plans and secures the organisation’s manpower.
- Establishes processes and guidelines to onboard new hires.
- Coaches and works with business stakeholders to facilitate the assimilation of new hires into the organisation to help them become effective contributors readily.
- Responsible for managing the talent attraction team operations and performance and integrating Skills Frameworks into the talent attraction programmes and initiatives under the team’s purview.
- Explore new ideas and possibilities and to evaluate them in a methodical and systematic manner to make decisions and manage resources effectively.
- A confident communicator and possesses the ability to build and leverage strong relationships with others to achieve desired objectives.

**Job Requirement**
- Min Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resource Management.
- Min 4 years of experience as Talent Attraction Manager, or relevant experience in recruitment.
- Familiarity with various sourcing tools, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Possess strong research skills and a passion for discovering top talent.
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Highly skilled with modern sourcing and recruiting techniques.
- Good understanding of the labour market and local regulatory requirements such as Employment Act, etc.
- Meticulous, proactive, resilient, people-oriented, and passionate in meeting people.
- A leader, a team player and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
