**Sales Coordinator - Junior Position**

**About the Job**

We are Japanese company is looking for a motivated and organized Junior Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the sales team, handle all delivery-related documentation, and ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery. You will also be responsible for submitting Sales reports on time.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including processing order transactions, managing customer contact information, and maintaining sales records
- Handle all delivery-related documentation, including packing slips, shipping labels, and invoices
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery
- Submit Sales reports on time

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Diploma or its equivalent
- Meticulous, good team player and interpersonal skill
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of Japanese is preferred but not essential
