This position is responsible for maintaining effective customer service for external customers and team members by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as management of team members within the Customer Service Function.

**About You**

We’re looking to recruit a Customer Service Manager, APAC reporting to the VP & Head of APAC and EMA, based in Singapore. This is a varied role for a person who has a strong foundation and experience in managing customer management, customer complaints, and technical support related queries.

This is a People Manager role where you will lead a team of Customer Service Representatives based in Singapore and support the business across Asia Pacific. You must have strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders/vendors/customers across the Asia Pacific region. You must have a growth mindset, and analytical and problem-solving abilities to work through challenges.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

The main responsibilities of the role will be:

- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Supervise and manage the customer service team
- Train staff members to provide the highest standards of customer service
- Effectively hold staff accountable for duties and provide periodic evaluations
- Ensure all company policies are followed - Communicating with customers through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints

**The Job Specifications**

You should have the following:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven 8 to 10 years’ work experience as a Customer Service Manager in a regional role
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of customer service techniques and best practices
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
