The Region Brokerage Supervisor works with country operations, districts and cross functional teams to develop and implement initiatives within APAC Region. The Supervisor provides support and guidance to countries, districts and region teams according to functional goals.

**Responsibilities**:
**APAC Region **Brokerage Modernization**
- Innate understanding of core processes within APAC region brokerage
- Participate in process reviews with cross function & country teams, and constructively challenge the processes
- Engagement with country operations to implement processes and jobs roles, in country, that aligns to the APAC region core processes
- Establish plan and engage cross-functional stakeholders on implementation of projects within APAC and anticipate questions that may arise
- Participate in development projects on systems and conduct user testing where required
- Support country operations and project team during system deployment
- Conduct Site Audit certification in countries that had completed the modernization process

**Brokerage Operations Support**
- Support countries and districts on service issues
- Develop, communicate and conduct training on new initiatives roll-out from Region
- Maintain and follow up with countries and districts on initiatives that were implemented
- Assist in queries from customers and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Research on country operations procedures by engaging countries where required

**Partner Broker Management**
- Review Partner Broker Questionnaires when there is a RFP in country, and provide recommendations
- Maintain the Partner Broker program, review and update the processes when required
- Assist in queries from countries and districts, and provide guidance on how the program is to be executed

**Supervises and Develops Others**
- Set performance goals and project deadlines that align with Brokerage functional goals, assign tasks to employee, track progress and provide feedback on performance
- Conduct performance reviews and motivate team members

**Job Requirements**
- At least 5 years of working experience in related field of Customs Brokerage with people management experience
- Possess relevant Customs Brokerage Certification (preferred)
- Able and willing to travel for work, when required
- Strong knowledge of Brokerage processes which includes importer/exporter matching and requirements of customs declaration
- Fast learner on new systems and ability to understand workflows
- Strong organizational, time management and communication skills
- Logical thinker and able to identify next steps during problem solving
- Ability to handle stress and remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work as part of a team and lead a team
- Have an eye for details
- Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
