**Role Overview**:
As a **Junior Sous Chef**, you'll support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily operations. You'll play a key role in **menu execution, team supervision, and kitchen organisation**, all while upholding our high standards of consistency and quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in **menu planning**, recipe development, and sourcing quality ingredients
- Prepare and cook Italian dishes to meet presentation and taste standards
- **Supervise and mentor**junior kitchen staff
- Maintain kitchen efficiency and hygiene, following food safety standards
- Manage stock levels, inventory, and wastage
- Lead the kitchen during assigned shifts and resolve service challenges
- Uphold brand standards and contribute to continuous improvement

**Requirements**:
✔️ 3+ years in a professional kitchen (Italian cuisine preferred)
✔️ Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
✔️ Solid knowledge of food prep, cooking techniques & hygiene practices
✔️ Adaptable and able to thrive under pressure
✔️ Culinary certification/diploma preferred
✔️ Willingness to work evenings, weekends & public holidays
✔️ Immediate availability preferred
