**Role Overview**:
As a **Junior Sous Chef**, you’ll play a vital role in the kitchen's day-to-day operations. Working closely with the **Sous Chef**and **Head Chef**, you'll contribute to menu execution, team supervision, and kitchen organization — all while upholding our uncompromising standards for quality and consistency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in **menu planning**, **recipe development**, and sourcing of premium ingredients
- Prepare and cook Italian dishes, ensuring every plate meets presentation and flavor expectations
- **Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff**during service, ensuring consistency and teamwork
- Maintain **kitchen efficiency and cleanliness**, strictly following food hygiene and safety guidelines
- Monitor stock levels, support inventory management, and control wastage
- Manage kitchen operations during assigned shifts and provide solutions to service-related challenges
- Uphold brand standards, adapting to feedback and contributing to ongoing improvements

**Requirements**:
✔️ 3+ years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably Italian cuisine
✔️ Strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring others
✔️ Excellent understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and hygiene standards
✔️ Adaptable, proactive, and able to perform under pressure
✔️ Culinary certification or diploma preferred
✔️ Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
✔️ Immediate availability preferred
